The groomer named Verjen do haircut for my mini poodle, but she did it completely differently from what I asked for and showed in the photos. Nothing like what I wanted! She shaved the paws completely instead of trimming around the toes — this is not a poodle cut at all — and then tried to argue that I didn’t tell her correctly. They also refused to provide the video footage from the cameras where our conversation was recorded! The grooming took almost five hours, even though I was originally told it would take 3–4 hours, and Verjen was rough with my dog

First time at this location today 12/19/25 and long term loyal customer of PetSmart! I thought the customer is always right or the customer comes first however, they have my dogs brand of food on Clarence for $42 and change but for puppies only same size bag same recipe… had to express my concern and aggravation about how it’s not equally fair to offer a clearance only on the size of the dog but same size bag and recipe and the difference was almost $15 more . A store I never visit because I live on the other side of town I just happens to be over here today. She ended up giving me the Clarence deal anyways on the adult food but then walked away shaking her head with an attitude. Didn’t seem very professional or empathetic especially around the holidays!! Please do not take your dog to this horrible place. After 5 hours my Toy Puddle came back horrible they could not make a decent work with him , they just cutted without any style my dog’s hair and looks terrible . I still cant believe they cut his hair so bad . They did not cut his nails and i paid for it. Honestly i dont think they did something with my dog, other than that terrible hair cut. The smell was the same from when i left him there. Horrible , horrible grooming work.

Whatever happened to customer service? Im glad this is my last time buying from this store ! I rather drive 8 more minutes and go to petco ! I walked in right past 3 employees including a “supervisor” blonde lady no hello or nothing! Then there is only one girl ( she was great) at the register line backed up ! Calls for supervisor to come and help she literally helped one customer and walked away instead of helping the rest of the customers!!!!! Please Petsmart hire the right STAFF or else you guys will be going bankrupt very soon!

All of the employees were wonderful, but I believe the manager—her name was Priscilla—truly stood out. I came in for the Santa photos with my German Shepherd. He gets overly excited when he sees other dogs, and because he’s a big dog, his excitement can easily be mistaken for aggression, which can understandably make people uncomfortable. The customer ahead of me was being rude about it with constant nasty looks and I was close to leaving. When it was my turn, I decided to move as quickly as possible just to get through the experience without holding up the line or dealing with more rude comments. I explained to Priscilla that I was fine with just the first photo so things could move along. She smiled and reassured me, saying it was completely fine and that this is a pet store—situations
