The manager on the floor, whom I believe is named Linda, has displayed a dismissive attitude and does not always seem to appreciate the employees. I have been a customer at this Petsmart for years, and I have never left as upset as I did yesterday. This is not the first time I have observed this manager being rude or somewhat aggressive toward staff. Additionally, I personally witnessed her walk away while talking disrespectfully about one of her team members. I am unsure how she continues to hold her position, but I have decided not to return. Respect towards staff is essential, especially since many of the team members are younger employees. Took our Siberian Husky for a grooming and paid extra for the descending and extra brushing that comes with the "Furminator" package they offer. This is how he cam home. Looks like they never touched his legs at all. Clumps of hair just falling off!! The girl could not even walk him to the back, she totally seemed afraid of him.

Armed with a reservation made by my wife, we waltzed into PetSmart, only to find ourselves in a line that was less 'Jingle Bells' and more 'Who Let the Dogs Out?' Half of the pooches there were clearly playing hooky from the obedience class next door. It was a wild orchestra of barks, gags, and the unmistakable aroma of excited-dog-pee. Called this morning to see if I can bring my dog for a nail trim. I was told 3:30. Showed up at 3:25 and was told “we just aren’t able to do it.” They couldn’t have called me to tell me? I had to get my 130 pound Great Dane in my car and drive all the way here to be turned away? Complete waste of time.

Long wait to get an appointment for grooming or Banfield. Store is very clean, nice selection. Limited choice of dog clothing except for the Halloween costumes this time of year
