Pet Supplies Plus Orchard Park

This place is horrible. Every single time I come here they try to uncharge me. I just tried to buy a water bottle for my rodents. It was marked at 17 bucks on the tag, at the register they tried to charge me 22 bucks. I argued it, the cashier said it was stocked on the wrong shelf and she couldnt honor the price. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. Screw this location, im going to Foxs pets down the street. Im done supporting this scam of a business. Providing false prices is wrong.

It had been a while since I shopped here, but I recently became a pet parent again. First of all, I was SHOCKED to see prices for canned cat food WAY LOWER than the grocery stores! I thought they'd be higher! I was also quite happy to see a big selection of feline products. If you're looking for higher-end products (a bit out of my price range now), they carry these as well. I'll also say that the staff here are absolutely amazing. Every single time I've been here over the years, the customer service has been excellent and the employees are cheerful and knowledgeable. My daughter manages a pet store in another state, so I know a bit about the industry from her and so I don't give underserved accolades. Well-done, Pet Supplies Plus.

Took our Tabby cat in for his Rabies shot, process was quick and fast and Tiger didn't complain a bit. Any pet supplies needed are here and easy to find.

So I have been bringing my dog to pet supplies Plus West Seneca location to be groomed for at least a year now, the last three grooming appointments that my dog has had seem to be fine. The people were very nice and my dog's haircut seem to be good, until I looked a bit closer. I have an American Eskimo with a very thick undercoat and on an average when I take my dog into pet supplies Plus to be groomed it usually takes about 3 hours, well the last three visits only took about an hour and a half. Now I didn't think nothing of it until this last appointment that we had for my dog to be groomed I took a closer look at her haircut. Conveniently located, easy access from North/South and East/West. Umbrella in entry way for rainy days, very thoughtful. Store is well organized, staff is very friendly and helpful but need more familiarity with inventory. Specifically asked staff or two different items and was told store did not carry them. A customer overheard me and showed me where to find exactly what I was looking for. Limited choices of wet puppy food was disappointing, had to make trip to competitor location. Clean, bright, welcoming.
