Banfield Pet Hospital

Had an incredible experience there today with my 2 dogs! The tech was super helpful and very nice with my dogs, one being a new nervous but excited rescue. Dr Aguayo was as well amazing and kind which made this experience so great. Everything was explained well and I really appreciate the wellness plan that was explained to me and offered. Thank you guys!

I am not a fan of the vet hospital for multiple reason. Yes the monthly plan for regular routine visits is worth the money but past that. Not worth it. I've paid thousands and thousands of dollars here on things that where not covered under the plan. My dog needed to have a surgery. This place wanted him to have an ultrasound and X-ray done before hand $2000. This not including the surgery witch they wanted another $3000 for. I ended up going to a local vet and ended up paying about $1300 for everything. Recently I take the same dog in for teeth cleaning. When dropping him off they inform me that he has 2 teeth that are suspect from the year before so probably will need to be removed. They quoted me $900 to remove two teeth and then they refuse to knock him out with out an X-ray because he

We have been Bringing our Ireland Marie to Banfield for a majority of her Lucky🍀 Life, the kindness and compassion💜 makes us feel at ease, especially when we have to drop her off for her dental🦷 cleanings. They are always mindful and have great regards towards our Ireland, we have never once had any kind of issues with Banfield and the pet insurance they offer is pretty affordable for fur babies. We highly recommend to everyone

The ladies there are so amazing and kind. Our fur babies Zoey and Taz love going there and the love and care they get from Banfield. Wouldnt take my fur babies anywhere else just love them ♥️

I cannot say how much we love and appreciate Dr H!!!! I have an elderly dog and the Banfield in Amherst left me with a really bad opinion of Banfield. I have had the wellness plan for almost 15 years since Gizmo has been a baby, and Amherst were horrible and could care less about us or our fur babies. Dr H made me a HUGE fan!!! We live on Grand Island and will drive to OP just for Dr H!!!!! She cares for the pet as a whole and looks at every option available- not only for the pet but also us as owners or "parents". She is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very thorough! I'm so lucky to have found her and Banfield is lucky to have her!!!
