Dropped off my pup at the hotel they provide while going out of town, the associate that helped us was very sweet, she didn't get irritated that our pup was super hyper and excited and jumping on her while she was trying to walk him to the back. Being able to call and get a run down on how is has been doing and them being able to work with his anxiety is awesome!

My family and I have to take our dog Gus Gus to the PetHotel several times and have never an issue. Staff has always been friendly and our dog has always come home super happy and in good spirits. Thank you PetSmart PetHotel for the amazing service and a job well done! ☺️❤️🙌🏽

I am very disappointed with my dogs stay at this Petshotel. I dropped my dog off for a one night stay. However, I had to extended my dogs stay for an additional night due to unforeseen circumstances. Upon pickup, the lady at the front was extremely rude. She was very condescending from the moment i got there. Beyond that, she said my dog nibbled at her food the first day, but didn’t have enough food for breakfast on the morning of my pickup. Very contradicting, but i can move past that. My dog came home and drank water for a concerning amount of time. Her paws were also extremely sticky. Additionally, I paid for a fall package they offered, that included pictures, a toy and a cute dog neckerchief. After paying, she brought my dog out and informed me they “didn’t have time” for her fall pac

We always leave our dog Marty at the Petsmart pet hotel and he's always been treated very well. Last time he stayed, we got text updates about how he was doing and that made our time away from him much easier

I made reservations for my dog to stay at the Ontario CA location for the duration of Friday-Sunday. My husband was turned away and told of some new policy that he now needed a vet clearance. While I understand that policy can change over time, why inform us of that changes the day of drop off? Why not advise us of that change at the time the appointment was made, especially considering the fact she (the dog) has previously stayed at that venue and has records of health issues?. Because of that lack of information, I’m forced to change travel plans that were made well in advance and may incur penalties.
