Went to Ontario Pets & Supplies and had a really good experience. They had everything I needed for my leopard gecko, and the dubia roaches I bought were all alive and healthy. The owner was super helpful and easy to talk to. You can tell they actually care about their animals and customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

After lunch at Haven City Market today, we stopped by Ontario Pets and Supplies, and it was such a cool experience! They had so many different types of lizards, snakes, and bugs. The tarantulas definitely creeped my daughter and me out a bit 😅, but overall it was super interesting to see everything up close. The guy working there was really knowledgeable and friendly, he answered all our questions and clearly cared about the animals. If you’re into reptiles or exotic pets, this place is worth checking out!

I love this store! I started coming here about a year ago when I needed to feeder insects for my new jumping spiders. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and remember their repeat customers. I feel like every time I go, there is something I haven't seen before. Frogs, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, jumping spiders, tarantulas, velvet spiders, betas, chameleons, turtles, tortoises, skinks, snakes. Mealworms, super worms, silk worms, horn worms, dubia roaches, red runners, a variety of flies, isopods, and springtails. Enclosures, driftwood, cork bark, lights, dishes, hides, repashy, and a bunch of other things. It feels like a treasure hunt every time I go and I never know what I'm going to find :-)

Really great staff and team. Can tell the owner cares about what he does! Impressive stuff. If you want to feel cared for, listened to… you can easily spend your money here! I highly recommend!

Impressive collection of insects, reptiles, feeders, isopods, unique plants and all things my son loves. We’re looking forward to the new mantids they will have next month. For a budding entomologist, it’s a slice of heaven.
