Customer Reviews
We adopted Mona, now Roxy on Sept.18, 2025. The facility was very organized and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Roxy had been well taken care of and is a wonderful addition to our family!
found Cherish in this animal rescue center. The staff have been so helpful with the process of fostering and giving resources like food and a crate to take care of Cherish. She is adjusting nice to our other dog, and our lifestyle.
I have called twice about loose dogs in my business park they've been out for 2 months now and the lady told me they would do nothing about it because they want their owner to find them and it's better if they're out running so they can be reunited. What kind of people are you that you would allow this? Aren't you supposed to pick them up so someone can find them or get adopted? I was so appalled that's what they told me. I posted pictures everywhere online. I've seen other people post pictures of them. Yet they are still here in the Mission Grove business park really busy streets here too. I don't know what good this business is.
They communicate very well on the process of finding lost or strays to bring into their location, some of the conditions are case by case so it's best to call in before hand. They were very hands on with the little kitty we dropped off, after we found him wandering the streets. Adoption in this location seems to be very straightforward and pleasant as well. Great team, and very lovely people!
It is a really clean and well kept facility. Dog enclosures are larger than most places. They have a great foster program where you can volunteer to come take a dog out for a walk or temporarily take one into your home. They lend you a crate and give you food for the dog while you have him.
