I cannot explain how AMAZING the staff are at Mountain Avenue Animal Hospital. The pricing is comparable to other vets, but what makes this place stand out are the friendliness of the staff. A VERY SPECIAL shout out to Dr. Kim, DVM. She not only comforted our puppy while examining him, she explained EVERYTHING to us before his surgery and then afterwards. She was receptive to our concerns, and made sure we understood exactly what was done and why her instructions were important. We felt we were in good hands the moment we arrived to the moment we picked up our puppy. So much so, that we're transferring our other 2 dogs to this hospital's care. Thank you Dr. Kim and the WHOLE staff at Mountain Avenue Animal Hospital.

The staff are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The groomer does a great job explaining how the visit went, and the vet is incredibly kind and very detailed. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding with my senior dog who has severe anxiety and my other dog who can be snippy at times. You can tell they genuinely care.

The staff there is professional and helped eased my highly anxious terrier on her way to the exam room. Services were done in a timely manner and well explained before anything was done. I've been going here since the previous owners. Over 20 years. They do a great job taking care of my pooches, even my bunnies. They can get them in pretty quick if needed, and they are really affordable. Sometimes, going to the vet, you feel like going to the mechanic. What are they telling you that is needed that you're unaware of that will end up being a huge bill. If I take them in for an exam they get an exam. If I take them in for a possible ear infection, they don't end up telling me they need a new carburetor, lol. This is a great place and the staff is really nice.
