The groomers butchered my puppy and scared her. They cut her butthole, never told me and I’ve had to make sure she’s stayed sanitary since. Her fur was cut so terribly, nothing like the cuts I’ve gotten for her before that we used as a reference picture when they asked for one. She came out 3 hours later acting like someone had beat her to the point she was scared of myself or anyone else to come near her. She loves everyone… I didn’t even recognize my own dog after this experience. They shaved her bald in multiple spots, left super long hair in others and gave her really bad anxiety. Never again will I go here. I’ve added a picture of what she looked like the day we took her home on her face and the second is the picture we gave them. I don’t feel comfortable sharing such a graphic pictur

Betta fish have their tails rotting off to the nub and are gasping for air on their side. So depressing to walk in for a fish and see many of them in dirty water and fighting for their lives. Go somewhere else who takes care of fish to buy betta. Clearly these animals are ignored by the staff it’s VERY obvious they are unwell. A manager looked at the gasping one and said fully monotone “yeah I can see that..” and offered to take him to a “quiet room” in the back. We offered to adopt him and treat any of them as we are fish keepers but they are supposedly handling it. Update: went back in to see if fish were cared for more and to add to our female betta tank and wow it was still so bad. Fin rot, swim bladder issues and what appear to be parasites. I’m either paying for a healthy betta or g

I’ve been going here for years, and it’s always been just fine, until lately. Majority of the staff are rude or have an attitude, or seem like they just plain hate their job. My family and I have not felt welcome in this store for the past several months, and it’s a shame because we have always loved this store and the shopping center. One time a clerk named Tyler was extremely rude to me, to the point of other guests looking at me like “what’s going on with that guy?”. He made my family and I all extremely uncomfortable and upset. We specifically will not be going to this store anymore because of him. There is another staff member there and I can’t remember her name, but she’s older and has always been rude. She’s rolled her eyes at my family and I numerous times, followed us around ask

I used to take my dogs here to the grooming salon for years! But just last week, my shihtzu went in for a haircut and bath, and has not been the same since. I’ve never had issues with the groomers here and i’m not sure what happened to my dog. He was nipped on the tail from his haircut and keeps looking at it, wants to lick it and is very depressed. I’m not sure if your team was physically aggressive with him, but I wish I never brought him in. It’s been about a week now and he’s not the same dog anymore. I regret bringing him here and would like a call from management. I’m curious to know how well trained your groomers are…. I do NOT recommend bringing your fur pets here. Just support a local business.

Daisy did a great job grooming my standard poodle Penny. She was very gentle and gave Penny a beautiful cut.
