I recently came in to get a prescription food voucher and had a really positive experience. The technician, at the hospital, who helped me was actually on their break but still took the time to assist me, which I truly appreciated. That level of kindness and dedication does not go unnoticed. The person who checked me out at the register was also very friendly and welcoming. I will be returning for future needs.

My puppy and I had such a great experience here at this store today, which, I’m not even gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting, I was nervous! First, the store associate by the name of Steph was so friendly, smiley and personable! And then the dog groomer by the name of Sheri was so very kind and patient with my puppy and I! I’m so grateful. She really listened and took her time with my puppy, and had a big genuine smile on her face when the two of them came back out to meet me when his groom was all done 🥹 Kudos to the leadership team and employees at this location, seriously!

Our local go-to for all things cat and dog. Recently did the puppy obedience training with Mark at the store, and it was fantastic. He was a great instructor and our 6 month old puppy has taken to all the trainings we did and more with the methods learned.

Great experience at PetSmart Grooming! I’ve been taking my pup to PetSmart for a few months now for grooming services and have been lucky enough to find a groomer that meets my needs and that I can trust, Cheri! I dropped my dog off for a full grooming service, in which I expected to take a few hours, and Cheri was finished well in advance and my dog looked ADORABLE! She was cut perfectly with a light trim and fresh wash, as discussed. It shows how efficient Cheri is with her clients expectations and how much value she brings with her grooming skills and capabilities. Finding a groomer my pup and myself like and trust is tough, but I feel I have found that in Cheri. Groomers like Cheri are why I can feel safe leaving my dog at PetSmart!

!!**Read my review for an important warning about pet training**!! We were scheduled to start puppy training on Fridays at 630pm with trainer Laura H. At 520pm on Friday she called us to inform us that the start time for this 6 week course had changed to 530pm. Literally 10 minutes before it was supposed to start. We stated this is unprofessional and that we can't just randomly change our schedule. On the website it was listed as 630pm and we had already been signed up for the class for over a week. She didn't seem to actually care at all. She stated if we wanted to cancell our class we would have to come to the store to do it. This ended up not being true at all. We had her put the store manager on the phone. He had no issues at all cancelling the class and offered to make things right.
