The premises are very dirty, they do not follow sanitary standards, after one first visit the cat started having problems, we thought it was seasonal. After that we visited two more times, and again health problems, our vet said that it could be poor hygiene in the grooming center. After that we cancelled the subscription and everything was fine! Not recommended
I made an appt. for my dog to get groomed. I made it online for 12:30, Saturday 1/20/24. When my husband went to drop her off, they say they don’t have an appt. Pisses me off when stuff like this happens. They need to give confirmation numbers. Ahhh!!!
All the people in the grooming department are awesome. They take on-demand nail trimming as well when it's not slammed.
Staff are kind and helpful. I recommend this PetSmart!
