Barkershop

Loved my puppy’s very first full groom! Charlie did an amazing job—Carina looked, smelled, and felt incredible. She adored Charlie! We also love that Barkershop offers a pup club for multi-month appointments.

I called and set up a grooming appointment for my son's first dog with Barkershop. They answered right away. Everything seemed perfect. My son was pretty excited. But then we had 2 questions. The first question was about resending the link that needed to be filled out. And the second question was about having the appointment moved to a different location. Only one neighborhood overdover. I'm not in the grooming business, but I would think these would be two easy questions to answer. I called Thursday and made the appointment. I called Friday and left 3 messages, asking for someone to get back to me about these 2 questions. No one called back. I called Saturday. I called Sunday. I called Monday. I even sent an email. I love The Barkershop and the services they provide. It is so convenient and easy to book an appointment. They always show up on time and are so caring and nice. My dog smells so good after her bath. I highly recommend The Barkershop!!

Barkershop is awesome! Ibrahim arrived in his well-appointed van to groom my two Aussies! Took about an hour for each. They look great!!! Highly recommend!

It was our first time using Barkershop and it was awesome! The convenience of the door to door service is stress free, especially with two toddlers at home. Charlie was nice, calm and allowed time for our dog to warm up to him. The texting communication with Barkershop was quick and effective, again, making it so convenient. I’ve been wanting to use a mobile service for years and so glad we made the switch!
