I had an excellent experience at the North Smithfield PetSmart Grooming Salon. The registration process was easy, they were able to get me in quickly, and the check-in process was fast. The staff did an absolutely amazing job. I brought in my 160 lb, 18-month-old Great Dane, who was very nervous since it was his first time being groomed outside of home. All three staff members stepped in to help, and they were welcoming, patient, and extremely accommodating. They not only made him feel comfortable, they also did a great job trimming his nails and brushing his teeth. Every team member I've interacted with is extremely friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The one downside to shopping in store is the pricing. Almost every item is priced less online. They do price match but having to pull up every item on their slow site and app can be time consuming if you're doing it in store-so plan ahead.. (The amount listed on petsmart website/app is what they will match)

The fish tanks in this store are the saddest & most horrific tanks around. Compared to the others PetSmart like north Attleboro & Bellingham who’s tanks are always in great condition, the ones in this north Smithfield store are pitiful! One tank had blue acara cichlids & another cichlids & they were full of ich & still for sale. Granted most people quarantine fish before putting them into the main tank absolutely NOBODY wants to bring home ich! Also some of the employees there are so not people friendly especially the short chunky girl with glasses I wish I’d have gotten her name (I’m so sorry for the poor explanation of her) she always seems mad, never smiles , comes off very nonchalant & looks like she hates her job. There was a toung lady very helpful i have a dog that is a heavy chewer she recommended a couple of items I purchased them and spent a lot of money The only bad part is they don't do what a lot of other pet stores do every dollar you spend you earn points for every $1 but this one you have to spend a certain amount of money to get points and it doesn't always work like that

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS. I will never ever bring my dog here again. They were supposed to shampoo him and condition him and he came home with dirt still on his face stuck to his hair. Plus I wanted them to keep the teddy bear look and you can see his face does not look like that because it's uneven. He also had uneven spots on the top of his head.
