I've been bringing my dog to this grooming salon for the last 4 years. I'd like to mention he's a yorkie. This small detail will be important later. Today, I've scheduled an appointment with someone by the name of "Discount Academy G." I thought that was odd because usually it's someone's name.. not the name of a group. I took a chance to get my dog groomed. I walked in and did the usual protocol which involves checking your dog in, and signing paperwork. I got a weird vibe from what looks to be the manager in the back. I've never seen this manager or any of these groomers before and I've been going here for years. I needed a last minute pet carrier bag. I was undecided. An employee walked by and saw what i had in my hand and recommended a better value bag that was slightly more expensive but it had a fold out little screened in porch! ❤️ She's a keeper!

Luz Cruz is absolutely amazing. She is the reason my gecko survived, thanks to all of her informative tips and guidance. She is always so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about reptiles. Luz consistently keeps us up to date on everything reptile-related that we need to know, and she truly goes above and beyond to help. Her passion and care really show in her work. She honestly deserves to be a manager and should definitely get a raise. We need more people like her!

Awful experience. My purse bag with passport, 🆔 etc. was stolen on MARTA ; the only app I can use requires so many steps—- black young intervenes when it was not necessary and no one in the store ever apologized for the inconvenience( except the cashier servicing me. Black young lady that involved herself unnecessarily - rushed to service others. Two workers - young white young lady and this black young lady went behind closed doors like I “ robbed “ the store….let’s just say, I do not like attention drawn to me—ever; treat all humans the same - cash or do not frequent this store is my strong suggestion.
