Fancy was really shy when she first started attending puppy preschool! She’s a lot more comfortable now and I can tell she really loves going! All of the employees are awesome and very kind and patient! Her grooming was perfect as well!! I love all of the dog events that they have for them!!

Taking Tux to Pet Suites Norcross has been such a positive experience from start to finish. As a dog parent who’s particular about where I leave my pup, I’ve been really impressed by how genuinely caring and attentive the entire staff is. From the moment we walk in, Tux is greeted by name, and I can tell he feels comfortable and excited to be there. Doggy Daycare: Tux absolutely loves daycare here! The play areas are clean, well-supervised, and thoughtfully organized by dog size and temperament. The staff does an excellent job making sure every dog feels included but safe — which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m at work. I am a new fur mom. I cannot begin to thank Petsuites for the amazing hospitality, and respect that they have given me and my fur baby. Currently my fur baby is the only baby and they have given her so much love and attention. I love the updates the pictures the videos the live camera. Everything has been amazing.

Spoke with my dog after pick up from Pet Suites Norcross New Year’s Eve stay. While thrilled to see me he said he had partied pretty hard and then passed out in the car on the way home. We spoke more later after his snooze and he said the staff are fun and chill. He enjoys the play time with his bros and feels that the time with them is plentiful. At one point he did say one other dog was having a bit too much fun and trying to dance with all the ladies there, but my dog said it was low key best time he’s had in a while. He barked five times when I asked him how many stars…so I am pretty sure he’s good with my 5 star review.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this dog daycare. Each day, my dog returns home smelling like urine, which is absolutely unacceptable. They promised to take him out regularly, but that has not happened. It’s frustrating to deal with staff who are not truthful about their services. -Update : Just want to clarify... I was told by office staff the reason for no outside play time was due to yard being cleaned. So no playtime on yard for 24 hours. Side note: I looked at the camera and saw one dog on yard. So please get your story straight.
