Update: My dachshund Ace went in for a bath/brush on Oct 10. He walked in normally. When they brought him back out, he could not walk and was dragging his rear legs. We reported it immediately and went straight to the vet. Within 24 hours he needed emergency spinal surgery. Both veterinary clinics documented “acute onset after grooming” and that he was normal prior to the appointment. MRI/surgery notes showed disc material, hemorrhage, and faint spinal cord bruising — consistent with a sudden injury. The company has stated the cause is degenerative, but the medical records support sudden onset after grooming. Ace had been groomed at this same location twice earlier in 2025 for the exact same services with no problems, which makes this sudden change very concerning. I’m sharing this fo

Front end ladies are always so sweet and caring. I have been coming in more with my pup Havok and they always are treating us and everyone around with compassion and a helping hand. They always great us like they've known us for years and just make our shopping experience overall a joy. Amazing team!

The store is good I go there with my cat but the fish department could use some improvement with sick fish but thanks for the fish that you have refused to give me for the past year all my cichlids are doing great together with my goldfish

Very heartbreaking to hear these professionals broke a dogs back while in their care. I do NOT recommend entrusting this PetSmart with your animals. Poor Ace is STILL healing from his spinal injury that happened during his grooming appointment here over a month ago.

Came in just an hour before closing and was greeted by staff like they just started their day. Very pleasant customer service and so personable. Both ladies we worked with were so sweet. My daughter picked out her fish and the nice lady helped us get the right food and supplies. The cashier helped me get the app on my phone so I could get points for my purchases. Thank you for hiring passionate employees!
