Intermountain Pet Hospital - Nampa

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff, vets and doctors for the care they gave my mom and I as we had to put our 5 year old Buddy to forever sleep. They were so supportive and kind to us as we were grieving. Very gentle and caring towards our Buddy during his final moments.

This is the 2nd time we have brought Romeo in for wellness care. Staff is so kind and communication is great. They have taken great care to make him comfortable and they listen to my questions and concerns. They have made thorough recommendations for care; including cost right up front-so no surprises. I have never felt pushed to use certain pet products or to have more care. They make recommendations , answer questions then leave you to decide. No high pressure.

Doctor G. is fantastic! Super compassionate along with her expertise. We never feel rushed, all questions are answered and concerns are addressed. We trust our Malteze is in good hands with Dr G and staff

Every time I have come here for anything yall are always so helpful and calm. I never feel judged! Y’all are always so patient with my big baby girl who is always so anxious about the vet. Rylee appreciates everything you do for her. Only thing I could say that would make things better is if everything was free!! But I am dreaming lol

My kitty was out of sorts. Quiet, hiding. Just not herself. I’m on limited funds so called around to get an idea of an office call. Their fee was lower than expected, thankfully. The vet and asst listened to my needs/concerns and gave me workable options. Very much appreciated the concern and understanding they gave to me.
