This was my first time taking my cats to the vet. I loved the atmosphere and openness of the clinic. I planned to bring both cats to the same appointment but had trouble getting one of them into their carriers on time. I called the clinic and they were so understanding! They made a second appointment for the next day to bring in my other cat. The techs and vets were very communicative by explaining everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. It's clear that they really know their stuff and love to care for the animals. I feel confident in trusting them with my pets' health. Paid around $160 for a physical and 2 vaccines per pet. Thanks for everything!

Ended up pulling my cat from their care because they were not following proper AAHA protocols for my diabetic cat. He had a hypoglycemic episode and I called and was informed they could not see him because they would be at a company party, his primary vet was on vacation, and the on call vet was going to be at the party but if I could wait 5 hours he could be seen then. For an "emergency" hospital, they had no sense of urgency or empathy. New vet informed that he was actually in remission and continued pushing for insulin could have killed him. He's now being seen elsewhere. Never again. My boy is safe now and doing so much better.

5 stars isn’t enough! We had an urgent care appointment today for my husky, Max. They gave me multiple payment options & were very upfront with their pricing. My dog is in pain & they were very sweet to him during his exam. They discussed his injury & care plan in great detail. This will be our furever vet!! The vet tech was also amazing! She gave my children drinks, coloring pages & a movie to watch. All around amazing staff & in moments of stress, that kind of care does go a very long way. Thank you all for you kindness & compassion today! 💗🐾

They have been nothing but a caring group when our vet doctor K retired we moved over to them through recommendations of friends we have gone through having to put down our Pomeranian Missy and our Boston Terrier 3 years apart and now we have a new fur baby and they was amazing with her first appointment and crew for her.

The way they care for your pet is unmatched! I'm new to the area and this place came highly recommended. My dog has severe vet anxiety but the way they approach treatment for anxious animals is amazing. Dr. Calhoun sat on the floor with my dog and didn't rush anything. He and I had a full conversation before he even attempted to evaluate my pup which gave her time to relax and get comfortable. He listened to all my concerns and did a thorough exam. He put my pup so much at ease, she didn't mind any part of the appointment. Amazing experience and we are going to be returning for all our future vet needs.
