Took my shih Tzu and to have her grown she was not groom her feet was not done her hair was botched up I asked them to cut her hair down but leave her fluffy tail they cut her fluffy tail off they cut the top of her hair off where I could not put a bow there she's a girl the groomer Sandra C groomed her as a boy I guess that was a joke for her her legs were not groomed her feet was not done so what did she do but butch her up not happy with them at all not happy

Staff was very friendly and nice. Very disappointed they canceled my online order so I had to buy in-store which is more expensive. The sales they advertise are not always accurate so ask first!

Prices have gone up considerably. Nail trim for a 5 min. job is $20. Not finding Dr pol food as most foods are harmful to animals.

I appreciate you jacking up your prices during Christmas. Literally almost everything to the point you are selling tiny dog toys for like 20 bucks. Made me think twice about your greedy franchise and will do my best to find anything I need to buy from you elsewhere! Thanks for being greedy! Merry Christmas !

VERY BAD . Fish in poor conditions tanks not being cleaned fish dying and being ripped apart because they are kept with fish that are not suppose to be mixed or tropical fish mixed with/cold water fish bichirs mixed with gouramis and being torn and bitten goldfish dying all kinds of fish are dying none of the workers caring at all to take care of the fish or clean the tanks this place is just awful mainly the fish are in the worst conditions and it’s pretty messed up. I’m suprised the shrimp and snails are alive
