I love this place. They really care about our animals. We lost 3 cats in the last month due to a respiratory illness and they really listened and did their best to help us prevent further deaths. They were clean, empathetic, thorough, patient, clear, and worked with our budget the best they could. Highly recommend.

After my puppy’s surgery, the doctor personally called to give me an update, which meant so much. It’s rare to find an office that provides such personalized care, but this team goes above and beyond!

I had my dog in this place, January 19, got him home today is January 23 and my dog now has kennel cough. The doctor said I declined it December 22. My dog went in to get fixed and came home three days later he had kennel cough. The doctor minimized denied and blamed it all on me and ana says I’m divorced from their establishment because of my attitude because I have a potentially three dogs that are gonna get sick from this. This place is ignorant. This place is unprofessional and this doctor got an attitude just so she could divorce me from their establishment after she messed up. Vaccination updates for my two fur pups with Dr Houser. She and the rest of the staff are welcoming, professional and highly knowledgeable. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for the care of my babies.
