The care my pets have received and continue to receive at Lakeshore Animal Hospital is exemplary. The highly qualified staff are caring and helpful- most of whom have been with Lakeshore for years. The veterinarians are experienced, skilled and understanding. They take time to listen to their patient's humans and provide options for care, leaving the final decision to us. Thank you Dr. Ingrid Hutchins and all the staff at Lakeshore for being there for my fur babies!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have always been able to get my animals in when needed, i have always had my questions answered, and i feel like im heard when i have concerns. I do have to brag about the front staff though. I had a situation where my elder dog had a series of seizures overnight and it was clear that it was something that damaged his neurological system. I called the next morning, sobbing.. unsure of what to do or how to help him. The front staff.. were my saving grace. They calmed me down, they spoke with me about options for him, and they took their time with walking me through what would happen next. This was 2 years ago, and I still cry when I talk about it because of the compassion they showed me. I have never felt like my animals or I, are "just an

I’ve had cats my entire life and I haven’t really had a bad vet. Well, one maybe. However, Dr. Chelsea and Dr. Ingrid are amazing. They really do a wonderful job and work so hard to make sure that our babies are well taken care of. And the staff? The best in the biz. Very kind, patient, and attentive.

I have been going to Lakeshore Animal since they opened their doors and my pets and I love all the staff and the care that we receive from everyone there! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for staff and knowledgeable Vets willing to take time with their patients!

I have been coming to Lakeshore Animal Hospital hospital for 29-1/2 years. I think that says it all. The complete staff is amazing. They have taken such wonderful call of all my dogs. What is more amazing about them is they also care about fur babies parents too. They are the real deal. Thank all of you for your care and support.🥰❤️
