PetSmart

I’ve visited this store before, and I have to say the improvement in cleanliness is amazing! The last time I came, the restrooms were in pretty bad shape, but now they’re spotless and smell great. The cleaning standards is much better. It made my visit so much more pleasant this time!

I have been taking My dog here for more than 10 years. They refuse to groom him because of his age. His heart is fine as I called the vet this morning. So much for loyalty.

I told the cashier, a lighter skinned black guy with a feminine voice that two young adults parked in the handicapped parking with no disabled tags or license and he just looked at me and said “Okay.” And his tone of voice was that of ‘why are you telling me?’ So I repeated myself and he said “Okay.” And the second time his tone of voice was more like “okay I don’t care what do you want me to do about it?” I work in customer service and if a customer has a complaint like that, I don’t give them that sort of treatment or response, I make sure tell them I’ll address it or bring it up to the manager, but nope. A person doesn’t need to be a manager to care but with a lot of economic competition, I’m sure managers can hire better employees with better people skills, who are friendlier and have

July 2025 EDIT: NOT 5 STAR SERVICE I have been using Petsmart grooming over the last three years, Originally, I was extremely satisfied with their service and they were great but that only lasted so long. Over the years the grooming has progressively gotten worse. My Yorkie has a topknot, “ponytail“ and lots of hair on his face. I usually ask for a teddy bear cut, his hair on his ears is long, His face hair is long and his body hair is usually trim short… His haircut has been extremely uneven all over, choppy around the face and overall very unappealing. When I contacted Petsmart grooming department regarding my dissatisfaction with the haircut for my Yorkie, there was no offer for any resolution. We purchased our new baby hamster from here, sales associates are pleasant as always. The woman who helped us find the perfect little guy was so patient and extremely knowledgeable, she helped my 5year old and answered any and all questions from her knowing that this was going to be her responsibility. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Our dog also found a new best friend (stays at the store best friend) almost identical to the bird in Alhambra PetSmart, that she took a liking to. I Always appreciate my PetSmart stores because they haven't let me down yet( knock on wood).
