PetSmart Grooming

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of PetSmart. I paid $30 for a heating pad the other day for my snakes. This is at most a $15 item, but I couldn’t wait for Amazon or something, so I got gouged by PetSmart. Yesterday however, I took my new dog to be trained at PetSmart. It was a fantastic experience. Danielle was exceptionally competent and professional. She was great with the dog and had some really good ideas. I paid for a group lesson, but no one else was there, we I got a private one. Thanks Danielle for redeeming PetSmart in my eyes.

They've always done a good job. I am pleased with their work on her.

So very friendly and they are great with the pets. They listen to your needs. And do there best to accommodate you.

Samantha is very kind and she was great with our newly adopted dog. Our Luna is still very timid and not good with going to unfamiliar places. Samantha took the time to make her feel comfortable before we left and did such a good job on her bath and haircut. We will definitely be coming back.

I'm not happy about wasting my time and gas and a ride I begged for to make Ladybug's appointment. I assume the grooming area does not need my business. I understand my paperwork was not updated yet, but its only a mth. I will get her rabies shot and find another groomer for all 5 of my furbabies.
