PetSmart

Thank you for wasting my time! Walked in to the grooming, waiting for about 10 mins, someone walks in behind me. I get completely ignored and she gets taken care of. Then they tell me my dog is 5 whole pounds over the weight limit which is something they could have said on the phone when I scheduled the appointment so that is super cool. The lady was very unapologetic. I had my reservations about this place, but friends had told me they were pretty good here. What a joke.

I love the PetSmart in Milledgeville, GA! I shop their all the time for my pets. I have a puppy and 2 cats. I have used Ms Sherry for the puppy training sessions as well and she is awesome! Would highly recommend!

I asked about the pet adoption coupon for a pup I just went from fostering to having adopted. I got told the shelter I got her from didn’t count because it wasn’t local and I could buy a coupon booklet for $20. Crazy. I found that coupon online but will be making my purchases elsewhere for all pet needs. I’ve got 4 cats and a puppy, often make fun purchases for my animals, and am always on the look out for things that my friends might like for theirs. Guess tractor supply will have to be my new jam. :) Photo of the coupon I found for anyone who wants to use it.

Big place! I only shopped in the section for dogs so I don’t know about the rest of the store, but there was plenty of reasonably priced, good quality items for dogs. I imagine the rest of the store is like that too. Employees were very friendly!

Knowledgeable and patient staff. Super clean and organized store!
