Our Hare Bear loves this place. Eli was absolutely amazing. Sending me updates on her and being patient with her. I will never board our girl anywhere else but here. It was clean. Staff was so friendly and understanding. 10/10 experience. Hera will definitely be back.

I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to drop my dog off here, and let me tell you, the customer service alone was superior. They called me with any concerns, they went out of their way to make sure my dog was loved on, and he even learned to play with other animals. They are cost effective and fantastic.

Dooley is NOT a fan of being groomed! It hurts his feelings when I tried to do it myself! So glad I found Ms. Terri @ Nelly’s. Everyone there is SO friendly and supportive they all seem to enjoy their work! And come on, how cute is that tie?

We love Nelly’s Pet Resort! Eli is the very very best carer of dogs…we feel 100% comfortable with our 2 dogs, Alfie and Bella, in his care. And a huge shout out to the excellent groomer Terri!! Alfie’s last bath was magazine ready!! Thank You guys!

My rescued, emotionally scarred, wonderful little psycho doggie, Bozzi, presents a huge challenge for any groomer. He was 86’d from PetSmart bc customers were concerned that he was being harmed, bc of his dramatic screaming and fighting the groomer. I am so thankful we found Nelly’s Pet Resort and the amazing staff. Especially Ms Terri, the groomer who gives Bozzi his cuts and spas. She is truly a blessing bc she is so patient and experienced. Bozzi’s first couple of visits were very difficult for Ms Terri, and I feared it would be just too much to deal with. But she has been hanging in here with us so far. We are all hoping that Bozzi soon accepts his fate when he goes to Nelly’s and takes it easy on the whole staff. ♥️
