Called and inquired what should be done if my cat ate a piece of Rat poison, They or she whoever answered the line was 1000% Rude , hung up the phone abruptly , guess it's not a money call, goes to show they want money calls not mercy Visits or calls. My advice ??? Read all the lowest reviews because that spirit is still present there, no matter any other good review, good reviews were money calls not Mercy a STAY AWAY .

Dr.Smith and her health team are excellent. All of my fur babies have received excellent preventative and primary acute care ( as needed). Boarding and doggy day facilities and care is also excellent.

Today was my first visit here , and it was an excellent experience. First off I just have to say appoint only is the way to go! The last 2 vets I have used have been a show up and wait in a crowded room with ten other clients for up to 2 even 3 hours. The last two vets I have been to have felt very "business" like with about a dozen employees on at all times with iPads and working on bills and seeing how many customers they can move thru the system. Dr. Smith, office has a tech, and a receptionist, when I walked in I was greeted right away and they knew who I was since they don't over book and I was the only customer there at that time. Their prices are very fair and in line with the last two vets I have been to where I just felt like a sale and not very much like a fur baby parent . I

Found this adorable little girl while visiting family in Georgia and I called Old Capital Pet Care because they were the closest. The lady (Peggy) I spoke with was super friendly and said to bring her in and they would make sure she finds her a good home. I hope she finds a loving family for this cute little pup.
