PetSmart

I'm a new pet owner, of a puppy and have had each time visiting this PetSmart location outstanding experiences. Ryan , and Charlotte and the manager and all the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Ryan , has excellent customer service skills and is very nice !! We recently attended there Gotcha/ Bday 🎂 event earlier this October , and it was quite a bit of fun . Ryan , made our experience a really memorable one at the event !! Me and my family are looking forward to attending there future events . The store is overall pretty clean , much cleaner than other PetSmart's i've been to recently. Like the layout of the store. My dog has just finished getting his nails trimmed and was walking around the store smelling toys. He ended up running into another dog and started becoming reactive to the situation by barking and causing a slight scene. Tracey came up to me and offered a treat to my dog and started asking about his reactivity. She decided to not only help diffuse the initial situation, but give me a private 45 minute training (for free) on reactivity and miraculously seemed to calm my dogs reactivity over the course of the training. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She is the kindest and most helpful individual and I’m so thankful she was around the corner to help not only my dog, but myself too. She earned herself a lifetime client.

Grooming staff are nice but they completely didn't listen to how I wanted my dog cut. She is a shaggy/fluffy puppy, I said shorter but not too short and keep her head and face fluffy. Picked her up and could stop laughing, she is super short everywhere. Oh well hair grows back but your staff need to listen better to what the customer wants.

We always go to this location because their shelves are well stocked and we’ve always had a good experience here. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to the gentleman with glasses that is often taking care of people at the register. He is always so kind, friendly, and personable and never makes you feel rushed!

Disappointed, I took my dog ​​to a groomer for a full service, and they handed me back a completely messed-up dog. The person who trimmed her claims she had knots, which is false because I brush her every day and make sure she gets the care she needs.
