I love my pup. He went in for a cut. I was told it would cost me $120 for it. When I dropped him off at the groomer I said, I wanted him to be as long as possible. They said they can try but cannot guarantee as there is a little bit of matting and it would cost a little extra($20 a total of $140) for dematting. I was okay with that. Then I dropped him off, By the time I got home(10 Mins) I got a call from the groomer saying, We cannot get rid of all the matting and we would need to shave him off. I was angry about that but said okay. So they were supposed to just shave him off completely. Then after 2 hours or so I got a call saying he was ready for me. I went in and shocked at how short his hair was. I paid the total bill of $140. The shave was horrible. His coat is uneven at best. They
I've had my oldest Ole English bulldogge come here for grooming a couple times and each tome the staff has been so great. They are friendly, helpful and are very gentle with the animals. My old girl has sensitive hind quarters and she tends to be a little "grumble monster", but they are patient with her and do what they need to make it a comfortable, easy process for both parties involved. Thank you PETSMART GROOMING!
Atrocious tank of feeder fish, piles of dead and dying fish on the bottom of the tank and stuck to the filter.
