Usually have a good experience at this location, as I regularly take my pets at the Banfield location in the building. I just have to mention how unprofessional the cashier I had at roughly 2PM. We were grabbing pet supplies, at the same time they were starting to experience computer issues. My girlfriend was about to ask if his register was still open since it looked as if he was having an issue. She was interrupted by him as if she was asking if he was available, right in front of me as well. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful in two ways. First by interrupting your customer when they are asking a question, second thinking the question was her asking if your dating status was single.

Jess in the grooming department just gave my dog the best trim he has ever had. She was very patient and caring and I cannot express how happy I am to finally find a good groomer! They have a military discount on Tuesdays too!

The employees are usually really nice and helpful. The Banfield animal hospital inside this location is nice to be able to renew your cat's medicine card for free to be able to buy the prescription food.

I needed to get a prescription filled for my cat and her urinary needs. I walked in the store seems to be in disarray. The staff was so unfriendly, which is very shocking to me as a frequent Petsmart quite often. Banfield, which is another entity is absolutely horrible. They closed for over an hour for lunch. They don’t seem to care about what their customers need at all. It’s really very saddening that the worlds become so hard for the consumer.

I recently visited PetSmart to purchase a frozen mouse for my snake's feeding day, and the experience left much to be desired. While browsing, I noticed two ball pythons in what appeared to be neglected conditions, with concerningly low humidity and heat levels in their enclosures. The situation worsened at checkout. The cashier seemed visibly disgusted by my purchase of a frozen mouse. The way she handled the package and placed it in the bag made me feel unwelcome and judged. This experience has significantly impacted my view of PetSmart. The apparent neglect of the reptiles, combined with the cashier's unprofessional behavior, makes me hesitant to return. I'll likely be taking my business elsewhere.
