We recently did basic training with our dog at the PetSmart in Marlton, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! Elliott, our trainer, was fantastic. He’s not only knowledgeable but also very patient and accommodating. He made sure to explain each step clearly and worked with us to make sure we understood the commands and techniques. I highly recommend this PetSmart location and especially Elliott if you're looking to train your dog in a positive and effective way!

Called to ask a question about walk-in nail trimming. Girl answered my question and I said "ok great, thanks, I'm heading there now." Get to the store about 20-25 minutes later, walk in, tell them I'd like to get a nail trim done for my puppy. They say "sorry, we're not taking anymore walk-ins for the night, we're pretty booked." I said I just called 20 minutes ago to which I got no response from either of the two working. Maybe I should've been more pushy about the fact that I had just called, told them I was coming and not a single word was said about not taking anymore walk-ins but I'd rather take my sweet puppy somewhere else.

Updating a very old review of mine here... Brought my dog in to get groomed for the first time and the staff was wonderful in guiding me through the grooming process. They handled my very anxious pup wonderfully, and despite her separation anxiety, took a nap after her session. She's incredibly soft now, and James did a great job on her nails and teeth. Thank you all for not making me feel too shameful of the state of her going in, and being so kind throughout our visit. Only thing I'd say is despite an appointment time, it still took about 3 hours. Which, honestly, is completely out of the control of the staff so I wouldn't put it against anyone. I certainly didnt expect to be in and out, but that was definitely not expected, especially with my pups separation anxiety. Lesson learned thou

No cashiers available ever. The people that work there are great however they are far and few between. I called multiple times to try to adopt a kitty and they kept terminating my phone all for lack of staff. Its definitely changed over the last couple over years.
