They do not allow you to accompany your dog to the examination. No exceptions. And the vet is not reachable. Only the staff and they won’t ask for you because it’s an absolute no. They came recommended but the last time l let my dog go in without me my dog came home with a kennel cough.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! They were so wonderful to my fur babies, Riley and Peanut, for the respective 13 and 10 years that I had each dog. Dr. Luke was the only vet I ever trusted their care with, as he’s always been professional, compassionate, and honest. Riley and Peanut passed away within five months of each other last year (2023), and everyone in this office signed two beautiful cards that I was sent after I lost each pet. I will hold onto those cards forever, because they truly speak to how incredible the staff here is! Thank you again to Dr. Luke & the rest of the MAH staff for all you’ve done❤️ - Marisa Ashton

Shame on them for employing Janice Goode (DVM)?? Her incompetence and lack of caring killed my Doberman /Great Dane at the emergency clinic in Fl. Here he is with his little sister practicing at agility, one month before she killed him.That resulted in her being fired immediately. Bet death toll has risen at Marlton since she works there.

The women at the front desk are super rude and bitter. I might have called the wrong office but the way the matter was handled was super unprofessional. She decided to go back and forth with me after I told her she was rude and told me I was being rude. This is not the first time I have had a rude encounter with someone at this office. With the amount of money people are putting out to see the doctors here… the least the front can do is have a better attitude

They are the nicest people and genuinely care about our babies. Even though we had to put our cat to sleep they are great from front desk to drs! I had 6 babies and i'm down to one left, but almost all of them lived to between 16 and 191/2 years. All of the treatment they ever needed was done here! If I go and get more puppies and kittens this will be the Drs office they go to!!! Dr Jeremy, Dr Luke, Dr knight are great at their jobs! Thank you guys for everything!
