PetSmart Maple Grove , on saturday, August 2nd , 5 everybody was so friendly helped out when needed. There's a ton of Halloween costumes for a small pets, dogs, cats. You can always adopt a very best friend in the cat adoption area. Enjoy all 45 of my photos! Don't forget to use your rewards card!

I was there yesterday looking for a good chew item for my pibble. It's hard finding good options for him that will keep him busy for a while. Gal stocking the bone aisle was very helpful. My pup loves the beef cheekbone roll she suggested. Really like this location and the employees here :)

Brought my baby girl here for her first grooming appointment. She did amazing and loved the staff so much that she was whining to go back inside when we left. One of the employees Ashley was exceedingly helpful in helping me pick out a new harness for my puppy. Thanks for a pawsitive experience and we will definitely return for many more grooming appointments to come!!

We had used ALL of the services at PetSmart in Maple Grove many times over the past 10 years. We booked a bath and nail grind for our dog which he has had before. We were told it would be 2-3 hours until we could pick him up. We pulled into a restaurant for lunch and we get a call stating he was drooling and appeared “stressed out “ and they would not do his bath. It had been 10 minutes and he was in a kennel drooling. 10 MINUTES!! We told them he drools when he gets excited and sees other dogs. So they made an assumption after only giving him 10 minutes to calm down. We picked him up tail wagging and totally fine. Do better PetSmart and hire people who have experience with dogs. We will not be returning for any service.

I usually really like this Petsmart, but today was awful. Regena was my cashier and what an incredibly unpleasant person to have as my only interaction with an employee. She was snarky to start off when I politely asked if her lane was open “well my light’s on” and then didn’t say hello or respond when I asked for gift receipts. Then when the gift receipts didn’t print, she quite literally threw up her hands and said “I did everything right” and made no attempt to help me beyond that until I asked if she was sure there was nothing she could do. Apparently she talked to a manager who told her there was nothing they could do. It’s not a big deal, I’ll manage without, but she was so incredibly rude from start to finish, it really bothered me. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day, because
