Maple Grove Pet Hospital

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had the best experience here! First time cat owner with a brother/sister duo. Was able to get in quickly, clean and warm facility. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. We were seen quickly and they explained in detail how my kittens were doing and what they were doing. Answered all my questions and also fawned over how cute my kittens were.

Not to exaggerate but I truly believe the Maple Grove Pet Hospital is the best vet out there. There are not enough words to express how truly amazing they are. From the front desk to the rooms everything is amazing. They take their time, really get to know you and always make you feel at home. Dr. Biele is so so so amazing!!!!! If you are looking for a new vet, this is the place to go!

We had a great experience with vet team there! Our regular vet couldn’t see our kitty Lucy and MGPH had an appt available. The staff was lovely, took their time and explained what was going on going on after X-rays. Will definitely go back if needed again. Bonus was the backyard bird/squirrel video playing in the exam room. It definitely kept Lucy occupied while we waited!

After a disappointing and damaging experience at a different vet clinic, I decided to check out Maple Grove Pet Hospital for my anxious pup. Mak was amazing the whole way through! Very friendly, helpful, and flexible while we set up the appointment and discussed my pup’s needs. It was so emotional seeing how comfortable my Poppy girl was with Mak & Dr. Biel! Clean and quiet vet clinic with friendly staff. I took my cat here to try them out. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and cat only exam room. My cat typically does get a bit stressed at the vet but she seemed more at ease than at our other clinic. She really enjoyed being able to look out the window in the exam room! It didn’t feel like we were being rushed out of the room and the care team spent ample time talking to us about her care. I’m very happy to have found this place!
