DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I took my baby here to get a valentines special bath package (which was $40 extra dollars). First, When I dropped her off, the two employees who were working made me wait 15 minutes before checking me in. Then after I left I waited two hours and decided to call for a check up, upon calling they said she was done. (They didn’t call me). Then when I got there I waited 15 minutes again before having to ask the front cashier to get someone from the back to check me out. Upon arrival, they did not do ANYTHING the valentines package included. No bandana, no photos, no coupon book, no perfume. Nothing. When I asked the manager to take off the package and I would pay for just the bath and nail trim, he proceeded to deny that and throw on a bandana and take a quick picture

I was one of 'those people' that came in just 20 minutes before closing, and I got to checkout just 5 minutes before closing. Even then, Lindsay was super helpful, chatty, and went out of her way to get us hooked up with some coupons. Will definitely be returning for any more puppy needs.

Very over priced. We did get kongs for our huskies, but had to drop almost $200 on 4 basic items. But we do love the grooming services.

I would give them a zero if I could for the madison location. They never have the fish available that they have online that I check for before driving 45 min to get. Then when I want to buy something they aren't selling cause they are always treating them. There has to be a better way. You call and then wait on the phone for ever to talk to someone and they also give u false information. I would not recommend them to any one.
