We always have a great experience at the PetSmart in Loveland! The staff is super friendly and helpful every time we visit. We got our betta fish and our gecko, Draco, here - both are healthy and thriving! They always have a great selection of pets, supplies, and tanks, and everything is clean and well organized. We had the best experience being helped by Kaz when we adopted our new cat! They were so patient and explained everything about Shayla. I really appreciated the suggestions on videos and are doing a slow introduction to our current kitties to keep everyone safe. It really showed their natural passion for animals and making sure they are cared for. Thanks!! We love our new family member!

We came in yesterday around 6:30 pm interested in adopting a cat, specifically the tuxedo named Pam. It took a while to get help, and when we did, the cashier seemed irritated and said we could only see the cat if we were serious about adopting—which we were. I was asked my age (I’m clearly pregnant and with my teenage daughter), and after waiting, another employee told us we couldn’t see the cat for 15 minutes because the cat lounge closed at 7 pm, even though the store stayed open until 9. We were required to complete the full adoption application before even meeting the cat, including providing a vet name for a pet we don’t yet own. After filling everything out quickly due to the time limit, the employee re-asked all the same questions and reminded us that paperwork was cutting into ou

My pups have some anxiety and the groomers here always take great care of them. They ask lots of questions to make sure you get the services you are wanting. The dogs look great when they're done and tails are always wagging!
