Groomtopia

Groomtopia always does a phenomenal job with both of my dogs. They always look great and cared for while they are there. I feel confident to leave them with Groomtopia and know they are safe with them. London is great!

Magnus loves his time at Groomtopia. He is excited as soon as he sees their door and talks up a storm once getting in the door. They are very loveable, accommodating and pleasant to work with. Magnus will keep coming back.

We love these guys here! They do such a good job, in a reasonable amount of time and they are fairly priced :) Nugget and Ellie have nothing but good things to say!

We had taken our cocker spaniel here 3 times and the first haircut was terrible (see below), but thought we would give them another shot. Second haircut still not what we asked. Third time we accommodated them by rescheduling to the next day due to low staffing. Their poor communication led to our dog being there for over 4 hours and with us waiting in the parking lot for over an our with an infant. When we went to checkout we were asked to leave a tip and when we declined due to the overall negative experience our dogs leash was thrown on the floor and the groomer stomped away like a child as our dog almost ran out the door because I was holding our infant. Completely unprofessional and unexcusable behavior.

I am the most helicopter dog mom you will ever come across. My sweet boy Hunter in the back there? He’s got such separation anxiety and I think I probably feed it lol …and Sophie she’s a soon to be 13 yr old Chorkie who’s got arthritis … We moved here not long ago and we’re a little bit worried about going to a new groomer. Well, that was for nothing !! They did so well! My babies are so happy and they smell great 🖤 Cameron was lovely and attentive. I’m super pleased.
