On drop off three hours to have my dog groomed by Hollis p.I should have left then, but I assumed they would under promise and over deliver bc it usually only takes 30-45mins. Nicked her with clippers, which resulted in a vet visit. Still wet and finishing up after I was called that the grooming was over. My dog sat in the cage the whole time, except for the last 20-30mins(I was in store). 9lb chihuahua by the way.

First time shopping at this location. I placed an order here because it was the only one closest to me, which isn't that close, that had everything I needed. At least I thought. When I unpacked my order I realized they gave me two completely different items than what I order. I'm not sure if they weren't available when the order was packed, but they are currently showing out of stock at the store now. I would have preferred the items to just be cancelled. I called the store but was placed on hold for an extended amount of time. I disconnected the call after 10 mins, so I was never able to speak to anyone. It was while I was on hold that I searched and saw the items were no longer available. I hope it's not common practice that this location just gives you whatever they want to when an o

made my sweet precious baby dog sit in a cage for 3 hours… they only started the process of grooming her the moment i came back in. they began to bathe her the moment i walked in to ask about her and when i asked for her back after finding out she had been in a cage waiting for three hours the guy asked if i wanted her dried off… never coming back…

Let me just say that I've taken my dog to only 2 groomers. I've mostly been here and 1 other place that's always booked so I come here for the convenience. Service is normally fine. I can tell my dog wasn't bathed and only given a haircut. He smelled exactly the same and did not feel like a bath to the touch. The time it normally takes for a groom was almost cut in half. Oh and 2 other neighbors have said the same thing about this Petsmart location. Do better Breeland. This groom was $160 and I still have to bathe my dog.

Tim provided excellent customer service! I went in looking for a new tank for my son's 5y.o. African Dwarf frogs. He not only pointed me in the right direction, but he took the time to place them in their new tank as well! Tim was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond his typical duties. Much appreciated!
