Worst place I have ever been I took my 7 year old Rottweiler here for an examination because he became ill . They gave me a medication to sedate him because he isn’t to friendly the night before to give him also in the morning . My dog was sedated before the examination and diagnosed (with an obstruction in the small intestines, after that, they continue to sedate him again for the procedure after procedure they called me and said my dog was ready to be picked up I received my dog and he was unresponsive they said because of the heavy sedation and for me take him to a after hours urgent care facility for monitoring my dog never woke up ,after hours of calling and waiting for him to wake up the doctor at the urgent care said my dog wasn’t responding to the reversal medication and hasn’t

My husband brought our 3 year old French bulldog in thinking we would have to euthanize her due to a back injury. He hind legs were basically paralyzed and we were told by a vet at VEG in Snellville that she needed a $6-$8k back surgery at UGA and there is no guarantee that it would be successful. Dr. Weir was so kind and such a blessing for our family. She gave our sweet girl a chance. She put her on a steroid to reduce the swelling on the spine from the injury. She said we had about a 30% chance the meds would work. They did work! She has begun walking again and is close to 100% normal. Our family is so thankful for Dr. Weir’s patience, kindness, and willingness to give her a chance. I had called five other veterinary offices the same morning that we saw Dr. Weir. Each time I was told th

Dr Justin Chan showed absolutely no remorse. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you care about your family pet, DO NOT bring them here. Our sweet, loving, protective Rottweiler went in for a visit on 2/9 and was dead within 12 hours. The staff said he was aggressive and heavily sedated him. We dropped him off at 9 a.m. and by 5 p.m. he was brain dead. My family is devastated. We lost a member of our family in less than 12 hours. Dr. Justin Chun, a recent 2025 graduate who looked like he had just gotten off his mother’s milk, experimented on our dog — and now he is dead. We believe serious mistakes were made, and instead of compassion or accountability, we were met with zero remorse. We are heartbroken and would never want another family to go through this kind of pain. * Dr. Osbor

This place used to be great! However bad this review is, their office staff is awesome, hence the 2 stars. I have used their services off and on since 1998, (when quality care was affordable and the doctors were better)--Before they sold out to corporate America and became a wellness clinic v. a real hospital with competent diagnosticians. Unless one has been hired in the past few months, none of their "techs" are actual Registered Veterinary Technicians; yet, they choose to misrepresent the actual job title which is Veterinary Assistant. This is MATERIAL MISREPRESENTATION. Vet Assistants are not allowed to install I.V.'s, draw blood from the jugular, perform cysocentesis (getting urine samples straight from the bladder), scrub in for surgeries, and many other procedures that registered
