Walnut Grove Animal Hospital

Absolutely amazing animal hospital! I had recently moved to the area when I noticed my pup was super sick. They were able to get me in very shortly after and took the best care of him. He had to stay there for the day and they took such good care of him. They answered my questions, dealt with my anxiety and made sure to call for a few days after to check on him. I have already recommended them to my parents who just got a puppy! The front desk, to the vet techs and to the vets, everyone is so friendly. So thankful I found a vet I love! Thanks everyone!!

We have been with Walnut Grove for 20 years! Starting with Dr. McWilliams who owned the practice at that time and moving along to our now primary Dr. Hancock. The love we have for him, Lisa, and Charity is unsurpassed! The loving care they show each patient and the family is amazing. Everyone is top notch. I took my new dog, Maggie, who was abused and afraid of everything to the clinic yesterday for an annual check up. She didn’t hide, shake, or bark once!! The atmosphere was very peaceful and calm. She even allowed Bethany to clip her nails! We have had to euthanize several fur babies in the past. The compassion and love is as if it were their own baby! They even contacted 2 of the previous techs to let them know our Oz had passed. That’s what family looks like y’all! The quiet peaceful

Everyone was soooo nice and personable! I was a new client, and they got my dog a same day appointment. The whole team seemed to really care about helping my puppy.Dr. Hancock and his team spent over an hour with us answering all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. They even called the next day to check on my dog. Very reasonably priced and very clean! So glad I found them!!

I was accidentally early to my appointment but they got me a room immediately and I was seen promptly after. I appreciated that the doctor (and tech) took the time to listen to all my observations about Koda’s sudden refusal to eat. We spoke for a while about what could be the cause and what the next steps are and I never felt rushed to leave. The concern everyone, including the lovely front desk ladies, had for Koda was sweet and I could tell their concern was genuine and heartfelt! I have brought all my animals here and plan on continuing to do so!

Had a great annual check up with my dog. The visit was extremely thorough and entire staff was a joy to work with. Questions were answered and plan of action put it place. I definitely recommend this practice.
