We bought some fish yesterday and the young lady with glasses, who was cleaning the tanks, was very helpful and kind. This store also has the cleanest fish tanks compared to other petsmarts and petcos near us in highlands ranch.

How can you let living creatures die like this! I absolutely hate that these fish are sitting in cups dying! No one seems to even look twice at it! I took a few pictures but it won't let me post on here.
Bought 2 fish here and brought them into our tank. One died 24 hrs later, and then our tank had an outbreak of epistylis. 2 of our beloved fish we’ve had for many months are now dead and 2 others are very unwell. This petsmart is filthy and they sell infected fish. Beware.
Love this location for all my pet needs. Brianna is the best worker there and very helpful. Definitely deserves more money!!! 🙏
