Better Manners Home Dog Training

My wife and I recently introduced a new puppy into our home. Our older boxer was having a lot of difficulty adjusting to the rambunctious puppy energy. After our first session with Peter, the puppy was a like new dog. He helped us get over the hump with all the basics of training and understanding our older dog’s body language around the puppy. The dogs have gone from needing to be completely separated to snuggling on the same bed. The best part of working with Peter is that he continues to provide support by text, phone and video call as needed after you’ve completed your training sessions with him. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone who has a pup in need of effective training. Thanks again, Peter!

We have had a wonderful experience with Peter training our 8 month old Golden Retriever. He is the sweetest puppy and extremely smart, but just needed help with playing gently with our very old dog, nervousness around new dogs, and learning how to focus on us rather than following a couple of our older dog’s “bad habits” (bunny chasing). We have had two visits and are extremely happy with the progress so far- some things stopped IMMEDIATELY! Thank you, Peter! We hope to see you again, but only at the dog park. 😃

Pete is an excellent dog trainer, and was able to make progress with our Shiba Inus. We recently adopted a third dog and she was having trouble adjusting and was bullying our senior dog. Pete was very responsive, communicative, and our issues were addressed and fixed in less than 3 sessions. The best part is that all 3 of our dogs are happy and at peace in the house all together.

Pete is an excellent trainer and teaches you to know your dog's behavior attributes and helps to get you more familiar with the signs your dog is giving. He matches your dog's personality type to the type of training best suited for the desired behavior.
