I brought my previous Kofi to the cat groomer for the first time on a recommendation. I asked that he get a lions cut which they assured me the groomer knew how to do. As you can see, he left looking like he is doing a prison sentence. This was Not a cut, but a straight up butchering. I am extremely upset. They only offered to refund my money. They need to pay me damages of $5k for having to look at this foolishness, find another groomer to fix this mess. They should be ashamed! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment at 12:30 PM and was told I’d receive a call 30 minutes prior to pickup. By 5 PM, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check in. The staff member I spoke with informed me he wasn’t ready yet and that it would be another 45 minutes. I understand that sometimes schedules run behind, but I was told the delay was due to evening appointments arriving early — even though my appointment was on time and booked for early afternoon. This explanation didn’t sit well, considering I had been waiting nearly five hours already. When I arrived at 6 PM, my dog was still being groomed and not even halfway done. I deliberately stayed out of sight to avoid distracting him. I returned to the grooming area closer to 6:30 PM and he still wasn’t finished. After a

My dog got out of his leash in the store and Eric and others who works there saved the day and helped me after my pup got out of the store.. he also helped us get him in the new harness that we were here buying. He was the hero of the day and we are so grateful to the awesome people who work there!

A very nice experience at this location. We were warmly greeted as we walked in, and there were so many nice displays of the different animals (especially the birds) offered here. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend this location.
