PetSmart

I’ve given the groomers numerous chances but after today, I’m don’t with petsmart grooming. I regularly get my two dogs groomed. There’s always certain issues (put a bandana on my female dog and bows in my male dog) but they were never enough to make me decide that i’m not returning however that has changed. I previously got them groomed and paid for the deluxe cut which comes with a bow/bandana and coupon book. My son picked them up at 5:50. He comes out and there’s no coupon or bow/bandana. I sent him back in and the store employees said the grooming staff left. This was 2 minutes after he walked out! They proceeded to tell me that I would have to return the next day to get what was not received. I never went due to my busy schedule. Then today I took them in early after they called aski

10/10 customer service always!!!!!! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and the past 2 years I have seen so much improvement on customer service, store cleanliness, stock and everything else in between. Today (2/22) I was looking at the endcaps and one of the ladies (blonde) asked if I needed help and said I could price check anything at the front and she would put it back if I didn’t want it. Very kind. I then went to checkout and the woman in front of me was so unbelievably rude to the cashier, snatched her receipt and said nothing as she was leaving. The cashier handled it very well, she kept smiling through it and went above and beyond during checkout. She deserves a raise!!! (Brunette, looks pretty young maybe right out of high school). David K is the best groomer! He takes such good care of my boy. I have an Aussie who struggles with anxiety and is older/temperamental and David is so kind and supportive! Always makes Finn feel comfortable and leaves looking amazing. You go above and beyond and have such a heart for animals. I really appreciate you and PetSmart is blessed to have you!!! We have been going to this location for a couple of years now to get our fish and a variety of pet supplies. The staff is always polite and helpful and so willing to answer my grandchildren’s questions. Bella H went above and beyond explaining fish choices to us. The kids enjoyed her enthusiasm for animals and her love of her job. Nice to see.
