I cannot recommend Pet Folk highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the level of care and professionalism was world-class. If you are looking for a team that truly puts your pet first, look no further. Dr. Portela Dr. Portela is absolutely incredible. She took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood every aspect of our pup's health. It is rare to find a veterinarian who is as informative and patient as she is. She never made us feel rushed and answered every single question with genuine care and expertise. It’s clear she has a deep passion for what she does. Nurse Jhanna I also want to give a special shout-out to Jhanna. She was so incredibly nice and went above and beyond for us. Excellent care. Friendly and knowledge staff . Dr. Portela is very straightforward and to the point, which can be intimidating at first. But she only has what's best for the animals in mind. My dog relaxed and laid down instantly in the exam room, was comfortable around the people and let them do what was needed. Great sign, if my dog can trust you, then it's easier for me to do so as well. Animals are great judges of character. Thank you for your help and I look forward to future visits.

This is the first time visiting. We brought our dog for dental care. The technician and Veterinarian were very attentive and friendly. Our dog loves the vet, but nervous here due to changes and new place. They cared for in a gentle and loving manner. We did end up having to do a dental cleaning for her and she came home happy and well. Thank you to the staff, we appreciated answering all our questions being new to the area and Vet.
