Lake Emma Animal Hospital

Big smiles at the vet!! Our first visit to Lake Emma Animal Hospital was an excellent experience from start to finish! From the front desk staff to the Vet, everything and everyone was just wonderful. This was the first appointment in 7 years that my frenchie hasn't been stressed. I think we can thank the endless pup cups for that!!! They even called the next day to check in on my doggo :) 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Lake Emma Animal Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff made us feel welcome and took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to know about our cat’s care. The doctor was both professional and kind, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their families. The entire team is amazing, and we’re so grateful for the compassionate care we received. Highly recommend!

I brought my cat in because she was having tiny poops like she was constipated, and I brought in a sample. They took me to a room that looked very dirty. Told me to take a seat, but I told them they needed to re-clean the seats and they said oh that’s how our chemicals dry and then they tried to give my cat a treat without testing him first to see if he was friendly or not and then the treat box was empty and they didn’t go get anymore. It was just there for show. I’m sure they weren’t giving out treats . mind you this is my first visit. I was told that they had a doctor that specialized in cats, but she told me that she doesn’t specialize in cats anymore. She works with dogs too. So her interest of somewhat changed to less degree. I told them I was giving her MiraLAX. They didn’t recommen

Would recommend this vet to anyone! They have always taken incredible care of my cat… my son. Dr. Hecker and Nurse Lisa (and the rest of the staff) have provided the best care to him today and everyday since coming here. I am thankful for them and the rest of the team who has treated him.

We had to take our little Teagan in today for some teeth extractions and teeth cleaning. Mallory was so wonderful in easing my fear of having our pup go through this. Dr Hecker really did a great job with the extractions and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Today's annual visit for our Indy went extremely well my wife says "Indy was exceptionally well behaved at his vet appointment this morning! Dr. Hecker and her staff were incredible, as always."
