I’ve been taking Hachiko to train with Phia and the results have been amazing. He had lost interest in treats and wasn’t consistent with recall, but thanks to Phia he’s much more engaged, food-motivated, and more obedient. She really knows how to help you communicate better with your dog. Highly recommend her!

I take my dogs there for training with Phia. She is excellent and our home is much more manageable with dogs who listen to us because Phia taught us how to communicate with them. I highly recommend her for training. They are happier and we are happier.

Always has what I need and more. They are very good about keeping feeder insects in stock. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The fish tanks are always clean and stocked. Might be the nicest kept tanks I've seen at a petsmart yet. Edit: I got a pleco a couple weeks ago and the girl who put him in the bag unalived him. She put him in the bag and then for some reason dumped a load of water on top of him aggressively sending him flying around the bag. We were all staring in horror as this thing emediatly went belly up...... he obviously died hours later and we had to come back and replace him with two Otocinclus. They gave the tank ick. I wont be buying any fish from here ever again. I told multiple people this happened in the store and it didn't seem like they believed more nor c
