Sydney was incredibly kind, we had a bit of a situation and were going to arrive late for the grooming appointment, but Sydney was so helpful and understanding! The best part is our Husky came out looking like a well groomed gentleman even with his dislike of the blow dryer! Thank you to Sydney for doing an amazing job and we will absolutely be back!!

I had the greatest experience last weekend with Jaime, she was the single best groomer we have ever used. She was thorough, asked tons of questions, took her time, was cordial and an overall pleasure to deal with. I would always recommend her, she is a 10/10, But here comes the bad part, she works at the Lakeland store. If I lived closer I’d make the trip unfortunately I do not. If you’re in Lakeland, request her, you won’t regret it. She rocks

I had a very disappointing experience at this pet store. I went in to buy one fish, and instead of being helped, I was basically brushed off. The lady in charge was in a bad mood from the start, very unfriendly, and clearly didn’t want to deal with my purchase just because I only wanted one fish. She refused to pack it and made me feel like my business wasn’t worth her time. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no effort to help a customer. If buying a single fish is such an inconvenience, maybe customer service isn’t a priority here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others especially because there's a better one very close by.

On my 3rd month with my first ever pet Betta fish and Krystal has been BEYOND helpful! Very patient and thorough. This is my second fish, the first was purchased at pet supermarket and I was told to put the fish in direct fish tank water with the conditioner, I didn’t think that sounded right. Afterwards we came to pet smart and met Krystal - I’m glad we didn’t listen to the other store!!

Do not come in here within closing time! Walked in at 834pm... I realize they close at 9pm. But we had everything picked out. When we went to ask for the aquarium box at 850pm, we were met with absolute attitude and unprofessionalism. We were told they couldn't sell us anything because they were closing. You're right, I should stick to Amazon and not waste my time with your team or product. Keep it up!
