I really appreciate the person who didn’t gate keep and recommended Samyra as a great groomer. I couldn’t agree more. She’s groomed both of my dogs and has done a fantastic job every time!
I brought my dog in for a routine grooming appointment and later discovered that one of her front nails had been cut too short, causing it to split and hang off. What was most concerning is that I was never informed that her quick had been cut during the appointment. I only realized something was wrong after noticing the injury myself, which required additional veterinary care to have the damaged nail removed and properly bandaged. I understand that accidents can happen during grooming, but transparency and communication are essential. Had I been informed at pickup, I would have appreciated the honesty and immediate guidance. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves communication with pet owners moving forward.
I brought my puppy here and he went in an energetic puppy. When he came back he had no energy like he was given something. The next day he still has no energy. Do not bring your puppy/dog here.
The dog training at the Kearny, NJ Petsmart store is definitely top notch. Michele is a great trainer and we've already signed our dog up for her next class. After every session, I always say that Michele is the "dog whisperer" because she is amazing at connecting with the dogs and getting the most out of them. She not only helped train my pup but also gave me the tools and confidence to reinforce good habits at home. You can tell Michele truly cares about both dogs and their owners. She's also a super nice lady! I'd highly recommend others to take her training courses.
I didn’t want to give out my Milo’s groomer name out because I don’t want her to be fully booked when I book an appointment for my Milo but I can’t do that!! LOL. Ashley is an amazing groomer. She has never disappointed me with Milo’s outcome. Milo loves her!! If you need a good groomer at PetSmart, Ashley is the way. See you soon Ashley❤️
