Just picked up my dog one her nails are still super long they said she would bleed if they went any shorter honestly doesn’t look like they did much at all. It was her first and last time there. My groomer couldn’t get her in and I wanted to have it done today. Lesson learned! And the worst part I am now bathing her at home after I just paid for her to be groomed because she smells like fish, she didn’t smell that way before and oh lord is it bad. What a waste of time and money! NEVER AGAIN!!
After hearing about many horror stories and bad reviews, I can say our experience is good My fur baby Bentley, he had a grooming with Cynthia, I couldn't believe that she recognized him immediately, cause this was his 2nd visit, that made me feel happy to know he was in good hands. We had a longer wait time to pick him up, but overall Cynthia did do a great job, even with a few matted areas.
Shandelle was awesome making my baby brand new ! Highly recommended! Thank you
Nia did my fur baby and she clipped him pretty badly then tried to say he came in like that. In various spots. My baby is limping too. Do not let her groom your dog. I'm so disappointed.
