Usually I am very nervous about any grooming done at petsmart & petco, however ever since Kenyatta started grooming my dog my whole perspective changed! She is a great groomer! Very sweet, professional and passionate about her work! I have never had an issue when booking with her. She takes very good care of my Goldendoodle and gets the job done every time.

Maja did a great job bathing my dog Yuki! He’s super tired and had a great time and is very clean.

WASTE of time and money. Booked an appointment for my dog who is 10 years old and has been groomed several times before — it took more than 3 hours. When I arrived to pick him up, he was wet. First they say it was because he wouldn’t be still, then that he rolled around after he was mostly dry, then they say oh well actually he has problems with other dogs. Absolute BS and they lied to my face about it. They offered to take him back and fix it, but I don’t have time and had to go. Yes, they offered to give the service for free which I declined — I just wanted him groomed correctly. He develops rashes when he stays damp because he has a double coat. What bothered me the most though is every person was making up something different as to why he wasn’t dry. And I know for certain that he is

Not at all recommended to those that love and care about their fur babies!! They overbook and skip corners to keep up. & it’s done at the expense of your pet’s well-being and your pockets. Just don’t do it, because it will cost you way more than it’s worth in the long run.. After months of noticing various changes in service, my last draw was FLEAS! I know for a fact my dogs got them while there, and the fact that they regularly skip over SOPs and have a store manager that is just as negligent supports. After venting about my frustration to different friends and family, I have now come across two other people with the same experience of sending their dog for grooming at this location and getting them back with fleas. The staff here really need to be more thorough in their check in process.

As an NFI Truck driver I like going to this location to unload because the guys who work here are friendly and unload pretty quickly.
